HOW WE CREATE IMPACT
Redirection CDC develops and delivers programs that help individuals and families achieve personal growth, economic mobility, workforce success, housing stability, and community reintegration throughout Eastern North Carolina.
Our initiatives serve youth, aspiring entrepreneurs, returning citizens, individuals in recovery, veterans, and underserved populations by providing education, mentoring, workforce development, entrepreneurship training, housing stabilization support, and life skills development.
Signature programs include L.I.F.T. (Living In Faith Today), M.O.V.E. (Men of Vision and Endurance), REIGN Reentry Services, Entrepreneurship Mindset Training, workforce readiness programs, and community-based initiatives designed to create pathways to self-sufficiency and long-term success.
Through our nationally recognized Entrepreneurship Mindset curriculum, participants develop entrepreneurial thinking, opportunity recognition, problem-solving skills, resilience, leadership abilities, and the confidence needed to pursue employment, launch businesses, and create economic opportunities for themselves and their communities.
Across all programs, we incorporate our Five Core Principles: Renew the Mind, Encourage Yourself, Ignite Your Passion, Guard Your Heart, and Develop a New Attitude. These principles help participants build confidence, strengthen character, embrace personal responsibility, and create positive change in their lives, families, and communities.
At Redirection CDC, we are committed to redirecting lives, building futures, and strengthening communities through education, empowerment, and opportunity.
