Redirection Community Development Corporation (Redirection CDC) is committed to empowering individuals, families, and communities by creating pathways to housing stability, economic mobility, workforce success, entrepreneurship, and community reintegration.

Since 2011, we have worked to help people overcome barriers, discover their potential, and build sustainable futures through education, mentoring, training, supportive services, and strategic community partnerships. Our programs serve youth, aspiring entrepreneurs, returning citizens, individuals in recovery, and underserved populations throughout Eastern North Carolina.

We believe that every person possesses unique gifts, talents, and purpose. By providing access to opportunities, resources, and support, we help individuals transform challenges into possibilities and create lasting change for themselves, their families, and their communities.
